47th President of United States

Donald Trump was elected as the 47th president of the United States, receiving more popular votes than in the 2016 presidential election. He secured 312 electoral votes, while Democratic candidate Kamala Harris received only 226 electoral votes.

Reasons Behind Trump Won

In previous elections, minority groups typically voted for Democratic candidates. However, in the most recent election, a higher percentage of them supported the Republican candidate, Donald Trump, due to his clarity on various issues. In the 2024 presidential election, 13% to 16% of Black Americans voted for Trump, up from more than 8% in the 2020 election. Trump’s straightforward stance on issues such as inflation, immigration, abortion, and gender identification resonated with many voters.

Kamala Harris, without a new agenda, was a weak candidate for the election. Trump's team portrayed her as an unsuccessful vice president, and many people accepted this viewpoint given their circumstances. Elon Musk, the owner of Twitter (now X), strongly supports Donald Trump and is taking various approaches to appeal to young voters.

Reason Behind Kamala's Loss

In the 2024 presidential election, Kamala Harris received nearly 6.8 million fewer votes than Joe Biden did in the 2020 presidential election, indicating that many Democratic voters viewed the Biden-Harris administration as a failure. The rise of new media platforms like Twitter (now X) has led some to claim that this election could be the last one in America. Despite being the wealthiest country, there is a strong demand for change in economic policies. However, Kamala Harris has asserted that everything is perfect, which undermines her position as a candidate. Trump has a clearer focus on economic issues, gender rights, states' rights, and abortion than Harris.

Trump Time

After winning the 2024 presidential election, Trump's promises are now under scrutiny. His effectiveness in office will have a direct or indirect impact on American citizens and the world. Trump's commitments regarding taxes, gender issues, national security, and the resolution of conflicts reflect the priorities of his administration.
